Year 7 - Year 11 Admissions
Whether your child is joining us from another school, another part of the country, or from overseas, we are delighted to welcome them into our community. Barclay Academy is a thriving and ambitious school with a clear purpose: to ensure every student achieves their full potential and leaves us ready for a life filled with opportunity and choice.
Our belief in Freedom through Education guides everything we do. We hold the highest expectations for all our students, and we are committed to providing each young person with the knowledge, confidence and character to flourish. Our expert teachers deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum, supported by strong pastoral care that ensures every student feels valued, secure and ready to learn — no matter when they join us.
We recognise that joining a new school mid-year or mid-phase can feel like a significant transition. That is why we work closely with families to ensure your child settles quickly, builds positive relationships and becomes part of our calm, purposeful and welcoming environment. Alongside their academic studies, students have access to a wide range of extracurricular and Raising Aspirations opportunities to help them explore new interests, broaden their horizons, and feel fully integrated into school life.
Thank you for choosing Barclay Academy. We look forward to supporting your child as they begin this new chapter with us.
